Pastrami Cured Tuna | pickles, dill, crème fraiche, toasted rye

Pan Seared Peaches | ricotta, bocconcini, bruschetta, fresh basil, balsamic glaze

Baked Oxtail Phyllo Parcels | tomato chilli jam 

Venison Carpaccio | wild rocket, parmesan shavings, onion marmalade, garlic croutons

MAIN COURSE

Grilled Ribeye | potato pave, confit garlic, cherry tomatoes, mushroom sauce, leek & chimichurri

Seafood Linguine | mussels, prawns, calamari, seafood bisque, tomato, basil, chilli

Beef or Crumbed Chicken Burger (Vegetarian option available) | brie, sundried tomato, caramelized onion, crispy potato fries

Cajun Cob Fillet & Shrimp | herb crushed new potatoes, green beans, salsa Verde

Duck Breast Niçoises Salad | soft boiled eggs, green beans, red onions, cherry tomatoes, cos lettuce, radish, olives, capers (Vegetarian option available)

Braised Cider & Star Anise Pork Belly | cripsy pork crackling served with roasted root vegetables mash and wilted spinach.
